Thanks for choosing Woodland Hills for your golfing destination! Reserving tee times ONLINE is the best way to save $$ on your golfing experience at Woodland Hills. Online reservations can be up to a $6 savings, per golfer, depending on the day! You can compare online rates vs. “over the phone” rates by visiting our Rates page.
RESERVATIONS: Tee times can be made 7 days in advance online or over the phone. Online reservations do require a credit card to hold the reservation. The credit card is not charged unless the tee time is no-showed or short-showed (meaning you showed up with fewer golfers than you booked for). Hot Deal tee times are sold through Golf Now, not the golf course, and do require payment upfront. Be sure you read through the cancellation/modification policy when booking Hot Deal tee times.
PLAYERS: Reservations are accepted for groups of 2-4 players. Single golfer bookings are available by calling (515) 289-1326. All groups will be paired up when possible, at our discretion. Twosomes should expect to be paired up with another twosome, and singles will be paired up with either a twosome or threesome. This is in place due to high demand, limited availability and to allow for a more efficient pace of play. 5-somes are allowed Monday – Thursday (non holidays).
EMAIL CONFIRMATION: You will receive an email confirmation when you have successfully booked a tee time. If you do not receive the confirmation and are unsure if your tee time was booked, call (515) 289-1326 or email Noble – noble@golfwoodlandhills.com.
CANCELLATION/MODIFICATIONS: Tee times may be canceled/modified up to 24 hours in advance. If you cancel/modify your tee time less than 24 hours in advance, your credit card may be charged. You can send cancellations/modifications to Noble – noble@golfwoodlandhills.com.
PACE OF PLAY POLICY: 4 hours and 15 minutes or less. Tee times are scheduled every 9 minutes. For groups unable to adhere to the policy, we will allow all the groups behind you to play through so they can remain on pace.
CART: You must be 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license. Carts for non-golfers are not guaranteed to be available. Golf carts are reserved for golfers only! If you plan on bringing non-golfers with you, be sure they are willing to walk the golf course!! **Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays/Holidays – NO RIDER CARTS WILL BE AVAILABLE DUE TO DEMAND FOR CARTS FOR GOLFERS!!**
EXECUTIVE 9 CART PLAY: Cart play is limited on our Executive 9 due to the demand for cart play on our 18-hole course. Be sure to select a tee time that shows the cart option. If a cart is not an option for a specific tee time, that tee time is walking only!
